SHIPPING:The cost for shipping and handling is $5.25 per item. All orders are processed immediately and shipped within 7 days by Priority Mail through the US Postal Service. We welcome international customers. Prior to ordering, please email us for international shipping charges. CUSTOM ORDERS:On larger orders (minimum 50 units), consider customizing your BackThings® and Travelers with a logo of your choice in addition to color choices of materials. Contact us for details. REFUNDS:If you are dissatisfied for any reason with The BackThing®, return it within 30 days in undamaged condition to the above address for a full refund.
